Job Description
We are looking for a Manager- Branch, Sales & Marketing who is self driven, who will be responsible for overseeing our various branches and executing marketing & sales strategies to drive clients acquisition, business growth and increase brand awareness. He/She will manage day-to-day branch and marketing activities and collaborate with other departments to ensure effective implementation of company procedures. marketing & sales campaigns aligned with the companies objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration or any related field
- 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory, leadership or managerial role
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, sales strategies and customer relationship management
- Excellent communication. leadership and interpersonal skills
- Experience in digital marketing
- A valid driver's license and can drive
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing strategy development & execution.
- Building Brand awareness
- New client acquisition
- Organize and oversee branch- level customer events, promotions and outreach activities
- Handle customer relationship management at the branch
- Manage and oversee staff at the branch
- Prepare reports and sales performance and marketing activities effectiveness
