Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing & Sales Specialist to support our marketing and sales activities while ensuring customers successfully adopt and utilize our systems. The candidate will be responsible for promoting our systems (Saas), assisting with sales initiatives, providing system training to clients, managing & monitor customer subscription accounts whilst providing administrative support to ensure efficient business operations. This role requires a combination of marketing, sales support, and customer relationship management skills.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or related field
- 1–3 years experience in sales, marketing, or customer relationship Management
- Experience working with SAAS (Software As A Service) and email marketing tools is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Responsibilities
- Coordinate sales presentations and Software demonstrations
- Track leads, follow-ups, and sales pipeline activities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
- Assist in testing system features and functionalities
- Provide ongoing support to ensure clients are able to use the system effectively
- Support general office administration as required
- Train users on how to navigate and use the system
